Weigh in Day and Non-scale Victories...

Do you know what that dancing guy means?! That's right! I'm down again! Today I am officially down another 6lbs from my last weigh in bringing to a total of -32.7lbs! There have definitely been some ups and downs but the trend is down and that it the way it needs to be.

I'll Be Happy When....

I'll be happy when I lose my weight, get that new job, pay off all my bills, get those new shoes, find the man of my dreams, buy a new car.... The list can go on and on. Why would you wait to be happy? Why not find joy in your life now? You see, I choose to be happy. I don't wait for happy to choose me because if I did, I'd be miserable!

Twelve Weeks Down and a Lifetime to Go!

What a whirlwind the last three months have been! I have made enormous changes to my eating style and have lost over 30lbs (not official so not on my slider)! I am feeling great and have so much more energy than I used to. There are still things I need to work on but I really feel I am on the right track!

I hate being sick but, the last little while I've been fighting a monster of a cold. This gave me time to do some thinking about a lot of things and I am coming out my funk with a renewed feeling of motivation and drive! I am now ready to tackle the rest of my journey!

Weigh in Day and Thoughts on Exercise

Ok, this time I am down..... drum roll please..... 1.8lbs bringing me to... 288.4! That means I have had a total loss of 26.7lbs!! Even with eating out so much and being stressed with work and class, I have made a dent! A little bit of news: I am moving my weigh in day to Mondays because of a change in my days off so, the next weigh in day will be October 28th.

Go Take a Hike....

Go take a hike, learn to jog, do a video, walk the dog, dance like no one is watching, be a spaz, learn to fidget... all things I know I should be doing but lack the motivation to do. How is it that I have the eating thing down but I am lacking the motivation to move?!
