|Apparently, the dancing guy I was using on weigh in day was annoying so I changed it!|
A quick update on what my plans are for my excersize:
- I am challenging myself this month with a "Crunch Challenge". I am up to 65 crunches today and the last day will be 150. I am doing well so far and managed to even do them while I was on vacation! Very proud!
- In Las Vegas, I wore a pedometer and found that we walked more than 5 miles a day. Fantastic! This is also a great base for my next one!
- Thursday, my running shoes should arrive and, I am going to start the Couch to 5K program. I dowloaded an app on my MP3 player (I'm not cool enough for a smart phone) and intend on taking my time through the program. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I will keep you updated on my progress!
Like I said, a quick one but, I am still moving forward and downward!
