Today, you are supposed to pick two diets. One primary diet, and a second in the case you decide that the first one doesn't work out for you. Irocnically, I've already done this, so this step is easy!
My Diets:
- Primary - Ideal Protein
- Secondary - Primal
The reason I chose these is because I know that they both work.
This one is short, simple and to the point!
Tomorrow is weigh in day!!
